Our form notification email came into our administrator over 1 week delayed. Please see attached where it says reservation date and then the Sent date at the top.

Hi,
I checked your form and the email notification is configured properly. I also cloned the form to test it on my end and I received the email alert instantly.
Please try contacting your email service provider and request to whitelist JotForm domains and IP addresses. Here's a guide that you can check: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-whitelisting-jotform-ip-addresses-and-domains
To test the email alert properly, please try using Google Emails and see if the issue persists.
