How to view appointments in Calendar instead of in theinbox?

Two questions 1st I am trying to use jot forms so people can schedule appointments, but I can’t figure out how to see the appointments that are scheduled except in the inbox is there some way to see them in a calendar view or a easier way to know what appt is next.
