    * Is it possible to make all messages so that your company email does not appear in the notifications and replies sent

    You can set up a SMTP email to be used as your form's sender email like this example below:

    Does this mean that the recipient of the e-mail can only be the e-mail of the company and not through you?


    * Is it possible to increase the storage space for 1 TB

    You would need to upgrade to a Gold plan for you to have an upload space of up to 1TB.


    can not be more than 1 TB ??


    * Can the link sent be in the name of my company and not the name of your company?

    This feature is currently available only on Enterprise plan. To mask the form URL, a workaround is to embed it on your own webpage, then instead of the FORM LINK, share the link to that webpage to your users and they may submit the embedded form there.     There seems to be some confusion. Please note that when you add SMTP sender, you can use your own email address to send submission emails. Please note that email can be sent to any email address, with SMTP you can set the custom sender email address instead of using noreply@jotform.com.

    If you are not able to validate the SMTP, that means you are not using the correct credentials. Please check if you are using the host name correctly. For email, the host name should be mail.almanea.sa or email.almanea.sa.

    I would suggest you to please contact your email service provider and ask them for the SMTP credentials and details.
