How to send HIPAA compliant data to my team members?

Good morning !

How do I get my team members to be able to view patients informations ? As of now, they receive to email but cannot access it to see the information. I am the doctor, so if my receptionist and my medical assistant could gain access to the infos it would be great.

I did check your account and found that you have a HIPAA compliant account. Please note that only account owner can view the submissions of HIPAA compliant account. They need to log in to your account to view submissions.

Alternatively, you can also configure your form's email alert to attach the submission PDF document in email. When the form is submitted, a copy of the password protected submission PDF document will be attached in email.
