I had to cancel my card

    Happy holidays,

    Regarding the TruPath Search account, due to fraud,I had to cancel my card and order a new AMEX.

    In their infinite wisdom, they can't give out the new number/data over the phone so as soon as I receive the card in the mail I will update cc info.

    I did check your account "TruPath" and it seems your subscription payment is overdue since Dec 18, 2020. Your account is set to downgrade on Dec 25, 2020. You need to complete the payments before Dec 25, 2020.     Hi Ashwin, I'm not sure if you read my email. As I mentioned, I am waiting for our new card in the mail since I had to cancel my old card. I am asking for a little grace because I am unable to obtain my new credit card number from AMEX.

    Can you confirm you read my email and issue correctly?

    I expect it this week but they don't come with tracking unfortunately. It's been such a debacle with these people!

    I autopay so as soon as I get it i'll be updating all of our payments.

    I have read your message and I hear your concern. Please note that we have a completely automated billing system, and it is not possible for us to change your account downgrade date or postpone it. As per your account current status, it is scheduled to be downgraded on Dec 25, 2020.

    Please let us now if you do not get your new card by Dec 24, 2020, and we will see what best we can do to help you.
