Unable to view the submissions from the questionnaire form

Hi there,

I created a survey and sent this link to my Uncle. He says he has filled out the forms but I don't know how to access them.

It seems that the form is created from a guest account. Kindly create a JotForm account so we can move the form to your account. You can opt for the Starter plan, which is Free, and later if you feel you need more features, you can use a paid subscription.
