IP address issues

    Was told by hosting company (Westhost) that noreply@jotform.com was listed in a blacklist that their mail system uses. This prevents my forms from entering into my business inbox directly from my website. How do we correct?

    Please contact them and request to whitelist Jotform domains and IP addresses. You can find the list on this page: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-whitelisting-jotform-ip-addresses-and-domains
