HIPPA and File Upload

    Hello, I would like to upgrade my account to HIPPA compliance as I need to collect SSN from clients. However, when I go to upgrade, I am told that I would need to remove the file upload widgets from my forms. Is there a way to have file upload options while also being HIPPA compliant?

    The basic upload field should work on your forms, upon checking the form it seems that there is not much content on it. Can you please delete the form for now, initiated the HIPAA upgrade, and create the form afterwards?
