forms keep disappearing

    Not sure what is going on. None of the form is displaying on the web. It shows up blank.


    I have added a form from my paid account to http://ezlineup.com/demo.htm. But it does not show up.


    PLEASE let me know as I can not use any thing and this account it totally useless. IF this can not be fixed immediately, refund my money

    Please embed the form on your webpage using the form's iFrame code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code

    That should take care of the issue.

    Do test and let us know.
