Reactiveate deleted account

    Hello! I deleted my account earlier today because I didn't think it was what I was looking for, but it turns out JotForm is perfect. I cannot log in or reactivate my account. Please help! Thank you!

    We can re-activate your account. However, you will first need to agree with our Terms and allow us to delete the credit card fields from the form you created because it is against our Terms of Use to collect credit card info with pain text fields.

    If you want to process payments, you need to use one of our payment processors. And if you want to charge your users at a later date, you can enable payment authorization.
