Are the limits on the free account monthly or annual?

Hi! I am a small business owner just starting up my online holistic health coaching practice. I really can't yet afford any of the paid plans, even with the 50% discount offered today. I am so interested in Jot Form as it seems so much more appealing than Google Drive. My one question is, before I invest a lot of time in making my forms on Jot Form, are the limits on the free accounts for submissions and payment submissions monthly or annual? If they are monthly, I'm here to stay.. If they are annual I will sadly stay with Google Forms :(
