Not able to select answers in the "Quiz Form" app.

it seems that the app is not working ...

I can choose my form but can't select the answer I go directly to Show Results / Save Quiz.

So I'm not able to proceed.

Thanks for your help (already tried to refresh my cache and to navigate incognito either with Firefox and Chrome...)

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I cloned your form and was able to set the correct answers in "Quiz Form" app. When I submitted the form, the results were also displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to try again using a different browser and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to share a screenshot of the issue as well.
