Hello,
I had a customer recently complete a form that required payment using a credit card.
I did not receive the payment because I no longer have square. How can I issue her a refund?

Can you please share with us the Direct Form Link of the form that this transaction was made so we can check?
Also, share with us the website link if the form is embedded?
