How to preview what item was ordered?

an order form was created as a tester.

submission was received but the order wasn't shown on the email. how can I preview what the order was and what items were ordered?

and the payment didn't go through square.

please help and guide me!

I looked into your form (210125862802145) and account. In the test notification email, you will not receive items preview. However, I see that you have made a test submission. The ordered item should be displayed automatically as the screenshot below.
