Email Notifications

This is a follow-up to my last question. Received email for Jotform but email says no-reply and did not address our problem.

We have a form enabled with email notifications enabled under Conditional Logic. The email logic does work and do receive emails. However, the email notification from Jotform has no information that helps us identify which submission it is. 

We need to be able to know when we receive an email notification from jotform what submission it is. When we click on links in email, it does not take us to submission.
