My account was suspended

    My account was suspended but it disabled my forms and never told me why. I’m assuming I was importing my company credit card authorization form and it was against Jotform standards. I need my account reinstated. Thank you

    Your account got suspended due to the form 203635560846055 for collecting credit card information.

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

    In order to reactivate your account, we need your permission to delete the offending form.

    Please confirm so we can proceed with the deletion, and so we can reactivate your account.

    Upon your request, I have deleted your form #203635560846055 and activated your account again. All your other forms are back online and should work as expected.
