I have been wrestling with this for 3 days so I really hope you can help me. I will attach a URL of what I am working on.

It is an order form for meal packs. The customer chooses a meal pack then has to make selections for each meal pack.

    3 issues I am facing:

1- I need an image selector that includes quantities where the customer can choose up to a maximum of 5 or 10. However they also need to be able to select more than one of each choice. It must have images. You can see my current solution but it is long and complicated, one image selector per page for each choice. It would be great to have it on one field.

    2-

based on postcode - the delivery fee must change. what's the easiest way please?

    3 -

I need to hide pages based on the selections made
. e.g if they don't select the 10 meal pack, they don't need the 10 meal pack choices. I have tried this with conditional logic but it is very complicated and doesn't seem to work. It seems to mess up my page layout as when I press next it then just goes blank.

    Hi,

It is possible to create an online form that collects food orders and payments all at once. Kindly follow this link to JotForm Food Ordering System Templates here https://www.jotform.com/food-ordering-system/

This Restaurant Order Form for example https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/restaurant-order-form

You can categorize your meal packages, and images with ease.

If you still want to use your existing form, and need to allow for multiple selections, we have an image checkbox widget:

As to your other concerns, I have moved them to separate support tickets to avoid confusion and to better assist you. We will be handling one topic/issue per ticket.

Here are the links to your second and third inquiries:

Excellent thank you for your prompt response. The image selector is pretty much what i am using, however the problem is that i need the customer to be able to choose (up to a max of 5) from their meal choices, allowing for 2 of the same selection. For example, 1 chicken, 1 beef, 1 salmon, 2 vegetarian?

I will check the restaurant template now.

    Hi there,
To confirm, you want to limit the total number of meals up to 5 maximum and the total number for each category up to 2 maximum, is that correct?

Using the product list you can easily categorize your meal packages and add images. However, it's not possible to set the maximum number of meals that a user can select.
    1611068063 6006f29f06133  Screenshot 10To enable categories just click on Product list settings-> Settings-> Enable categorize-> Set it to Yes.1611068125 6006f2ddd5fee  Screenshot 21

You may refer to this guide for further information: https://www.jotform.com/help/165-setting-up-your-first-order-form
Regarding the option that allows you to set up the maximum number of products selected, I have forwarded your ticket to the backend team and marked it as a feature request. So, we might implement this in the future.

We can not provide any time frame for this, but we will update you on this ticket.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
    Best regards.
