Why isn't my form submitting after clients fill it out this is becoming annoying so many problems with this system.

Could you kindly elaborate further with us on what kind of errors are you facing? I have cloned your form and tried to submit test submissions, I was able to submit it.
Kindly share screenshots with us. If possible, please provide annotation as well.

submit it just says please wait forever and never submits

I cloned the form and I was not able to replicate the issue.
I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please try it again?
If the issue still persists, please try to disable the Encryption Form Data feature and test the form again. Let us know how it goes. Thank you!

I see you have already disabled the Encryption from your forms. Do let us know if you are still unable to submit the form.
Once you find if the form could be submitted then you may enable the Encryption once again to see how it goes.
