I'd like to create a form I can send to clients. Ideally, when they complete the form and press 'Submit', I would be emailed a copy of the form so I can then attach it to the relevant client's file in my CRM. Is this possible to achieve using JotForm?

You can attach a copy of the submitted form as PDF to your email notification.
