Login issue - Lake Perry Marina Winterize/Summerize form

    JotForm, I believe I goofed up. Our login was partsmanager@lpym.com. I changed it to lpymservice@yahoo.com since the marina is being sold and the lpym domain is going to be deleted soon. Now I can't login at all. Need assistance. Thanks!!

    Thank you for contacting JotForm support. I confirmed that there is a JotForm account associated with email address lpymservice@yahoo.com. It seems that the username is still the same, so if you cannot login using new email address, you could also try to use username and password instead to log back in. I also sent out the verification email to your email address, so please take a look at your inbox, and try to change your password. If you don't see emails from us, please try to whitelist our email address to see if you could receive verification email from us. https://www.jotform.com/help/145-whitelisting-jotform-ip-addresses-and-domains
