Form disabled

    Our forms are disabled for some reason and the clients cannot access them to complete. Can someone please help?

    Hi, No, it still says the form is not found and is disabled.

    No, my account was not locked due to failed attempts as I've been able to
    log in. My forms still remain disabled for now the 3rd day. Is there a way
    to provide a solution to this issue so that our clients can access and
    complete the documents needed before they can begin treatment?

    May we know if you have any website where the forms are showing as disabled or the direct link of the form is showing as disabled?

    Hello,
    The links are there but when we click on the link, it still says the form
    is not found. I have attached screenshots of the area I am accessing the
    document from my website as well as directly on the jotform website. I have
    cleared my history and also had someone from another computer try to open
    the link and they get the same message.
