Unable to pay - Visa process getting transaction fails

    I am attempting to subscribe to a forum. In the payment profile, the merchant is shown as ByteSellers LLC. I entered my Visa credit card details to pay the subscription fee but the profile states a 3D secure code is also required. The problem is my processing of the Visa payment must be made before Visa will notify my bank to text me the secure code. My payment does not process and the transaction fails. Is this a glitch in the payment setup not allowing my payment approval to reach Visa so request can be made for the secure code?

    Hi Albert,

    Upon checking, you seem to have a guest account.

    Guest accounts can only be logged in the first time. This option is normally used to explore the features before actually creating an account in JotForm.

    I would suggest that you open an account in JotForm.

    What you can do is Sign up for a new account and you can upgrade it to your preferred plan.
