Unable to login to the Mac app

    Hello.

    I have downloaded your app on my iMac and am having a hard time logging in. I logged in on the website through my gmail account.

    Hello Jane - Since you are using Google Sign-in to create the account, you would need to use it every time you try to login.

    Or if you want to assign a password, you can do it by resetting it. Here's a guide on how-to-reset-jotform-account-password.

    Can you please try to reinstall the app and see if it fixes the issue with your iMac?

    You would need to reset your password to assign one. To do that, please open your browser and access Jotform.com. Follow this guide: how-to-reset-jotform-account-password.

    Once you successfully reset the password, head over to the Mac App then log in using your username/email and the password you just assigned.
