I may need to go about this a different way. I have an existing account connected to my old business email. But I already created a form for a different business under my existing account. Is there a way for submissions to link to a different email account? Or would it be better for me to create a new account for this new business?

You can change the recipient of a form to a different email address. You can do this in the email settings. The following guide will help you do it.

Having one account will help you manage the forms easily. However, if you will no longer use the old business email, I would suggest creating a new account instead.
I hope that helps.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that you can also change the primary email address of the account. You can do it through the Profile page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/.
We can also change the username of the account if you wish to update it. We only need your new preferred username.
Thanks
