On my dashboard one column began displaying as partially blank?

Did I make a change I was unaware of by accident?

In your form Revision History logs, it shows that the autocomplete field Company Name was added recently.

It was the reason latest submissions have data (starting on the date the field was added).

If you like you can revert the form revision history to that date also. Do take note that recent data will be loss as the form state will revert to that date.

That is correct.

Deleting questions/fields in the form will delete also existing column in the form tables -- which also deletes the existing data for that form element or field.
