My submissions are not showing on my jotforms app

    My customers say they want to fill out 1 of 2 foforfoformfoforfoforms but its saying they have to fill out both forms as well as I am trying to access my submissions and its saying there is no submission

    Thank you for contacting support.

    I checked from our backend, currently your account has one form named Evaluation Form, and it has 3 submissions data.
