Hi - I created group of forms, published them and copied them to a spreadsheet.
Except for the Diamond Level, the links do not lead to the forms. They lead to a page asking the user to log in or create a Jot Form account.
I've attached a copy of the page that the user got when she clicked on the link for the Advocate Preference Sheet.
What am I doing wrong? How can I get the link to take the user to the Form and not to a JotForm landing page?
Thank you.
Linda

Hello,
I have checked the forms, and it seems that all of the forms are in Private mode:
This functionality is commonly used to assign forms within an organization, for reference: Making your forms accessible to company members only.
You can switch it to Public mode to make the forms available to non-JotForm users or outside your organization. Kindly give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.
