Integrate Jotform to Hubspot

    Hiya - One of my forms has integrated - but one hasn't and just ends up on a blank screen instead of being able to select fields to integrate - Complete Registration Form - help pls

    Yep it happens on the integration page - the page flickers up for a sec then goes blank
