We have patients that use the jot forms several times and some of them are not able to access the forms a second time. They get messages that their password has expired and have an invalid email. Why is this continually happening? Please advise what they should be doing.

Do you mean to say that they are asked to log in to JotForm before they can view and fill the form, and when they do, the website tells them that the password has expired or they have an invalid email address? That seems to be the case, but your forms are currently set up as public forms, not private, where the sign-in or sign-up is usually required.

If you have recently updated the form to be private, then that may have caused it. Otherwise, ask your users for a screenshot of the error for us to have a better look at it.

For access settings, the following guide will help: https://www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form.

We look forward to your reply.
