How can I get an exact copy of a form someone filled out and submitted. We are trying to see who ordered what and from which form. The excel/CVS downloads are confusing with the information. The emails we get all get bunched up in a single email thread, because they all come "from" jotform, and it makes it confusing. And the email table we get in our notification email is also confusing.
Is there not a way to get a copy of the filled out and submitted form, as a person fills it out and submits it?

In order to get submitted data in a more comprehensible way, you can consider creating a PDF document which can be sent out with field input: https://www.jotform.com/help/503-how-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications
