How can I change my method of payment?

    Please note that to change payment method, you need to cancel your existing subscription. Once your account is downgrade to free plan, you can upgrade again with another payment method. If you just want to change the credit card attached with your billing profile, you can do that from your account billing page.     I did check your account and found that you only have a free account which was signed up just yesterday. Do you have any other account which you have upgraded?
