Hey there, I'm attempting to create a form by which my club can securely obtain credit card information from participants of an event we are hosting as a form of deposit. This is not a phishing expedition. Please allow us to utilize your service. We're a small non-profit in Homer Alaska. Specifically we are hosting an endurance race and one requirement of participants is to provide a "rescue deposit" in the event someone needs to be rescued. Thanks for your consideration!

Hi Derek,
Thank you for reaching us. I see your account is suspended due to collecting Credit Card information currently. You should give us permission to delete the form or the fields that collect Credit Card information in the form for us to activate your account. You can use our Payment Authorization feature to collect Credit Card information safely and charge the customer later manually if needed.
Please see the steps and the screencast below to collect payments manually later. I have cloned your form to show you the steps. And for your information, nothing has been changed on your original form:
- Go to the Form Builder page of your form.
- Click the "Add Form Element" button and select the "PAYMENTS" tab. Select the payment gateway you want to use. I have used "PayPal Business" for example.
- Click the wand icon next to the added "My Products/Payment" field, this will open "Payment Settings". You can choose "User Defined Amount" from the "Payment Type" dropdown to be able to charge your customers with a specific amount.
- Click the "Additional Gateway Settings" from the bottom of the menu opened.
- You will see an option for "Charge Customer Later", enable it. And when your form users submit a form they will not be charged, you will be able to charge them later manually from your chosen payment gateway account.
For more information on how to create a payment form, payment authorization you can always check our guide links below:
