How to print out blank form

I need to have a printable copy of my scholarship form for people that want to fill out the application by hand (ugh)! i tried clicking on Publish tab then "downloading as a fillable pdf", but i recieved an alert message that my form would be altered if i made changes on the pdf.... should i clone my original application form then do the "download as a fillable pdf"

You can clone the form and play with it. But, the changes in the PDF document shall not affect your form. However - you can clone it and play for 100% safety.
