Account Privacy - Accessing files

    Hello, our organisation has two elements, there needs to be a separation between the two elemtns in terms of data. If we have separate logins could it be set up so we don;t see side B and they don;t see side A?

    Hello,

    Two different accounts are independent of each other unless set otherwise by permission settings. This is usually the case regarding login accounts and is the same with JotForm, so I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    If I misunderstood your question, it would be helpful if you can provide more detail regarding your concern.

    Apologies.
    We are 1 company, we currently have two different accounts (basic), this has been done this way so my side of the business doesnt have access to the data received by the other side of the business.
    Could we have one organisational account set up to keep the privacy settings the same kind of way? Where they cant access ours and vice versa.

    Hi Simon,

    Yes, that is the default behavior of accounts in JotForm. You can check your account's privacy settings here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.

    To help you better understand, here are ways how you CAN share various account access with another.

    1. You can give access to your colleagues to edit your forms, with the Form Collaboration feature.
    2. You can share your Submissions Page to allow your colleagues to view, print, or download the entire submission data to Excel, CSV, or PDF.

    Thankd for the information.
    We are currently having some issues with our Jotform account - its not allowing us to do anything we have reached our upload space limit. This means all the forms are now not working! I've tried clearing out but nothing is working at the moment!
