Password reset via email request

    I requested a password reset be sent to my email address. I check my Inbox, my Spam and other folders but I do not see any password reset email from JotForm.

    Please allow me to reset my password via email. Thank you.

    You just have a guest user linked to your email address aroberts@lswo.com, that's the reason why you don't get any password reset email.

    If you want to use JotForm, simply sign up to register a free account with us.

    The administrator at my company says I do have an account and sent me a screenshot showing my email address is listed on the account.

    I have flushed your login attempts.

    It's possible that when you requested the password reset, at that time, you had a Guest account.

    I can confirm now that you have a Free account linked to the email.

    Please reset your account password again as per the instructions on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password and then check.
