Cards Form: Thank you page Redirect to External link is not working.

    We also have received reports that our clients are not being redirected to the next step upon submission (we added the link in the re-direct and this has been working fine up until yesterday as well.) As mentioned yesterday, when I tested the form out, the re-direct worked fine on my end. So I am not sure what is going on.

    I'm able to replicate this issue in a cloned form as well. So I'm escalating it to the backend team. We can not provide an ETA right now. However, as soon as an update is available we will inform you here.

    Hi there,

    Our backend team has confirmed that there is no issue with the form. The redirection to the external link is not working due to the following conditions.

    If these conditions are not required then you can either disable them or delete them and the Redirection will start working normally.

    Please check it on your end and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for the response and I am somewhat confused.

    When I test on my end, the redirections work fine.

    I did go in (on both forms) and put both re-directs in the conditions and removed it from the "Thank you" page. That is how the rest of my forms work without any problems.

    But my goal is to have the form redirect to another page if we receive a specific form response. Are you saying that creating re-direct conditions will cause the form to not work properly? If that is the case, that defeats the purpose my using the form. Would like some clarity.

    No, I'm not saying that. What I meant is that whenever the conditions you've created are met then the form will redirect to the Thank You Page.

    When none of the conditions are triggered then the form will be redirected to the External URL that you were previously using in your form.

    Now you've changed the form thank you card settings to display the Thank You card by default.

    In this case, you can add a condition to redirect to another page based on the user's answers. You can follow the guide below with the instructions.
