Hi
I have made a template form for my onsite engineer.
He will need to complete the form for any work that he does in a day and submit.
Therefore, he may need to submit 2, 3 or more forms per week.
Do I assign the form to him via an email link for him to fill out and submit multiple times?
or
Do I just send a link to the form and he can click the link to start a new form each time?
Please let me know the best way to do this?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,
Happy to help!
Since you need your engineer to potentially fill out the form several times, you can certainly go in an assign the forms to him or email each form to him: this would depend on what works best for your workflow!
You could also set up email reminders for your engineer in regards to each form that he needs to fill out each day. Here's how-to-set-reminder-emails-for-your-forms
And, I also wanted to link our guide for reference on how to share-forms
I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist further.

I have another query as well…
Iam trying to set up a timesheet that i can send to my employees for them to fill out and send back.
Is this possible?
Please see the timesheet that we have at the moment attached.
I am struggling to insert a table that allows for long text and short numeric inputs?
Please advise
Thanks
Steve

Hi again Steve,
I have moved your question to another thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2874793 to avoid confusion as it covers another topic.
I will be more than happy to "see you over there" and provide a response.
Thank you!
