Cannot find my form

    Hi,

    I work for a non-profit organization. We have a donor who would like to send out his own personalized page to his friends and family to collect items and money for our organization. I have some questions I'd like clarified please.

    1. I saw in your settings that I can change the email address on my account, so I tried switching it to a different one of my emails to test out how that works, since once I finish editing the form, I plan to hand it over to the donor so that they can send our the form coming from their email. Since I switched the email and verified with my new one, it looks like all my old forms were lost. Can you please look into that? aviva@yadleah.org was the email that the form was created on and I switched the email to benjy920@gmail.com
    2. If you are able to recover my forms, can you explain if what I am trying to do makes sense? Or can I just add the donor as a collaborator to the form I created and then he can edit more and also send out the form to his friends and family from her own email address? If will the form always be associated with the email on the account, meaning all submissions to the form will arrive at the original? The donor would like to be the one to see all the repsonses so what do you suggest for that - switching the email once I'm done or telling him to make his own account and start from scratch on a new form?
    3. He would like to know if there can be some sort of "thermometer" or way of showing how many items were collected out of his goal, similar to the widget you have for a monetary thermometer. Is there anything of that sort for an in-kind/non monetary donation that she show the progress or the percent that's been collected to anyone who goes on the form?

    Hello,

    1 - I checked the email address (aviva@yadleah.org) and it is a guest account without forms. Did you change the email address to benjy920@gmail.com? If yes, all the forms now belong to the account of benjy920@gmail.com. To check it, please open the account of benjy920@gmail.com.

    2 - Are those your forms? Please check the screenshot above. It now belongs to benjy920@gmail.com account. To avoid confusion, I recommend creating two accounts (your account) and (client's account). You can create the forms from your account and when you're done. We can move the form to the client's account on our end by request.

    3 - Unfortunately, we don't have a widget that will show the donation progress or how many donations total.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help! I was able to locate the forms from the benjy920 email and I switch it back to my own name.

    I think your suggestion will work best - to finish creating the form and have you on your end switch it to our clients email when I'm done.

    I have a follow up question on that though - the form is going to ask for payment submissions and we expect more than 10 per month. If I upgrade my account and choose one of your packages that will allow more payments per month, I assume that once the form is transferred over to the client, that feature won't exist any more since we aren't expecting them to pay for an upgrade as well.

    What are your suggestions? Can I make the form on my account which will be a paid plan to allow for numerous payments, and add them as a collaborator to be able to receive the responses? Can I choose what email the responses go to or it must be the email on the account? If you don't have any other options for me, we'll just attach a link on the form to route them to our own payment options but we'd like to inculde your credit and paypal features if we can. Let me know what you suggest please!
