How to set up e-mail

    My Question:

    3) Inbox share: when shared and a new sign-up comes to the inbox the main account gets an e-mail. Does the e-mail address of the shared account also get an email?

    Your Answer:

No, the shared account will not receive the email. If you add their email address in the notification email as a recipient, only then they will receive a notification.

    My new Question:

Where can I add their e-mail address in the notification as a (2nd) recipient?

    Thank you.

    Christina

To clarify, do you want to add a new email recipient in your notification email?

If yes, in the Form Builder go to Settings>Emails>Recipients and add another email address.

    HI Richie,

    thank you for fast response.

I would like that at the end of the day an email is send to 2 or more different e-mail adresses, when somebody fills the form. I just tried and it seems to work unless I cannot open the attached picture in the e-mail (tried on a mobile device and on desktop) I come to a 404 page. In the advanced settings I have chosen to send uploads as attachment.

In order to add 2 or more email addresses to the notification email as the recipient, you will need to upgrade your account. On free accounts, only one email address can be added to the notification email.

If you are getting the error, it is due to privacy settings on the account settings page of the form owner's account.

I can see that there is no form on your account, but there are two shared forms on your account.

When you view the attachment from the email, ensure that you are logged into your JotForm account on the sae=me browser.

I have to accounts - one free, one bronze. Right now I am logged in with the account that owns the formulars. This account is a bronze account and I have added more e-mail adresses for notifikations.

I tried with the attachments - have chosen another privacy. The testers still have problems to download. It takes several steps to be able to download the files?

    Hi there!

To allow others to access the file uploaded through your form without the need to log into a JotForm account, please disable " Require log-in to view uploaded files." on your account settings page. https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
