Please guide me a simpler way to clear cache from mobile app.
I dont think the delete inbox is functioning. After delete then need to clear cache, but not work some more, then need to email to you guys to clear and active back the form.
Why is the issue not being fixed. Dont bother to check my form coz they are all active now.
I have help my friends to create the form, then everytime quota is full they need to email to Jotform support.

I see that the said option is indeed not available on Jotform Mobile app.
Let me endorse this to our devs as a feature request. Though I'm not able to provide you an ETA for this, we'll let you know here once this gets implemented in the future.

Hi,
To free up you account upload space, kindly permanently delete the trashed submissions on your forms.
Related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data on Deleted Trashed Entries.
Please note: once permanently deleted, submission data can't be recovered. You might want to make back up first.
