You can use the PUBLISH settings to publish, share, embed, email or assign your form using its URL link.

It is not necessarily the SAVE option. The save option is automatic in your Form Builder so you are not able to see any Save button on it while designing your form.

So, to be clear, I can not share my form with anyone of my clients unless they join or have a jotform account?
See my signature panel below, how I would like it to appear (but I want people to fill out a form for a travel request)….can someone clarify how this works please.

Since you have set the form as PRIVATE, yes. Only the clients/users you INVITED VIA EMAIL can view/submit the form while logged on to their own Jotform account (that is associated with the email address you added).

Now, if you want it to be accessible to public or to everyone who has the form link, you can set the form as PUBLIC:

Doing so won't require your users to login or create a Jotform account to view and submit the form.

I would also recommend using this method to share your form via email: how-to-send-a-form-via-email. This allows you to further customize the email content e.g. adding your signature to it:

Ok, below worked perfect! Thank you.

    A new question:
Now I want to know, I have another travel agent with her own account.
She loves my FORM I created, is there a way to copy my form to her account? Like duplicate my form so it can direct go her email for her clients?

    This is my form (Sharon@TravelPlanners.net ) :
