PayPal “Bad Request” Error

    Hello,

I have sent out a form that requires an application fee, however when some people click on the PayPal button, the PayPal window pops up and then automatically closes and jotform gives an error that says “Bad Request (/payment-paypal-createOrder)- the value of a field is either too short or too long.” But, some people have been able to successfully pay and submit the form. What can cause this error? And what can they do to not receive the error when they try to pay?

The form is under the account iotachi1973@gmail.com

it is a private form, so I am not allowed to post the URL to a public site like this one. Are there any other alternatives to allow you to view the form?
