I used a pre-sale template and now my link appears as a pre-sale link to prospective clients

My question is how can I remove the subtitle pre-sales so that it is not obvious I am SELLING them?????

I was not able to understand the issue. Do you want to remove the template or change the form title?

To change the form title, you can do that on the Form Settings page.

the attached picture shows where the embed sub title appears as "euclid pre
sales" on the link, then I also included a picture of what the actual title
should read and it still does not appear correctly on the link
