Good Morning,
We have had trouble the last week with getting onto the jotform website to download pt. forms, again today. Now I've been locked out of the account. Which happens all the time as well. There is a thread somewhere about it. Could you kindly unlock the account and maybe see why I can't get onto the website?

Hello Melanie, I've unlocked your account, usually our HIPAA accounts are stored in servers with high security standards, in order to comply with the HIPAA requirements, that is why if you try so many times to log in unsuccessfully the account will get locked.

Hi there, thank you. However we haven't had any failed attempts that we can see.
I still can't get the forms to download, it spins saying decrypting not downloading.It's super frustrating as I have alot of forms to download a day. I do understand there may be the odd failed attempt on our ipads but when I connect to jotform website to download them I have saved my password so I don't have to type it in and risk getting locked out again. The main issue right now is that I can't get the decryption downloaded if that makes sense. Please help!Thanks
