Make field entry create one separate row on the submissions spreadsheet

is there a way to make each of these address entries into their one separate row on the submissions spreadsheet? Ultimately each of these contacts will need to be imported into an Outlook file to be used as contacts there

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that the JotForm Tables does not have a feature that will allow it to create a submission entry (row) with data from another submission. The data entered in the fields on your form are only separated into columns on the JotForm Tables.
