Hi,
I am receiving an error message when trying to view files that I have uploaded to a jot form. I want to be sure that they are able to be opened.

Hi,
This might be due to the Privacy settings on your account, which restricts the visibility of personal information like the 'Signature' field on submissions.
Kindly try to disable the Require login to see submissions on the Settings page of your account:
