Hello,
I have linked a form to by website but once completed and submitted I get a "Thank you for submitting your form" but I am not receiving it??

Hi there!
I checked your form, and I can confirm that the notification email is set up correctly for your account. It is possible that your email service provider doesn't recognize emails sent from JotForm. Please whitelist JotForm's IP Addresses and domains to ensure that you receive all notification emails from JotForm.
