Notification Email: Why am I not receiving notification emails?

    Hello,

    I have linked a form to by website but once completed and submitted I get a "Thank you for submitting your form" but I am not receiving it??

    Hi there!

    I checked your form, and I can confirm that the notification email is set up correctly for your account. It is possible that your email service provider doesn't recognize emails sent from JotForm. Please whitelist Jotform's IP Addresses and domains to ensure that you receive all notification emails from JotForm.

    If you refer to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/210393050221035, please add a notification email because this form doesn't have any notification email.

    So how come one form goes to my email and the other form doesn’t?

    Right thank you, but how do I add a notification email? I am sorry but I'm a little confused... I don't remember doing this on my first form which is working fine.
