How can I limit submissions to six persons per option?

I'd like the date options to "hide" once they 6 people submit registration. Is this possible on Jotform?

I assume that you referring to the options of the Training Sessions and Dates field on your 2021 VIRTUAL Site Media and Emergency Response Communications Training form. Unfortunately, that cannot be achieved with the Multiple Choice field.

However, you can achieve it with the Weekly Appointment Planner, Ticket Purchases, or Gift Registry widgets.
