I checked your account history, there were deleted and purged forms

• Purged forms

Deleted forms and any submissions for those forms are purged after 30 days.

If the forms you are looking for are on the above list, then I believe it is not possible to recover purged forms.

You can try look at your archive folder, there is one form there named PDF Form with 2 submission data.
