With the free subscription it mentions 5 free forms.

I require 1 form to be made but filled out by 50 employees and submitted.

The purpose is to have the employees enter their updated personal details and submit so we can keep them on record. i also have a template which i would like incorporated. Whats the privacy policy like as well

With a free account, you are allowed to have 5 forms.

Your form can also be filled by 50 employees. Kindly noted that the free account is limited to 100 monthly submissions which will be reset every 1st day of the month. Depending on how many submissions you will be receiving per month, you may need to update or stay at the free plan.

Regardless of your plan, all your forms are served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or e-commerce providers. You may read in detail about JotForm's security from here.
